Hotel Las Palmas Midway Inn provided us with a comfortable stay, particularly appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. the on-site restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices, perfect after a long drive. the room was clean and spacious, and the pool looked inviting, though we didn't have a chance to try it. While the hotel may be showing signs of age, the staff's professionalism and charm make up for it. the traditional feel adds a certain cozy familiarity that we've come to enjoy on our repeated stays. the lack of certain amenities like a hair dryer or microwave was noted, but the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room compensated for it. The air-conditioned room was a welcome respite, and we also indulged in the pool area. the location's proximity to a colonial city with beautiful parks and old houses was a bonus, offering a picturesque backdrop for our explorations. the hotel's offerings of mini-golf, pools, and a bicycle path added to the overall experience. the personalized service, combined with the charming colonial surroundings, made it a memorable stop on our journey. Will definitely consider returning for another cozy stay in the future.
